FAQs
Is there a choice of colour?
All composite doors can be made in standard colours: white, black, red, green, blue, anthracite grey or Chartwell green. We highly recommend calling into our showroom to see all colours in true form. If you have a specific colour requirement, we are able to paint any colour with a RAL (K7 Classic) Code, of which there are 213 colours.
Oak and Rosewood woodgrain colours are possible; however, the door must be stained externally.

Fitting and installation
Manufacturing time from the point of order is usually between 10-14 working days. However, this can vary throughout the year so please ask a member of staff prior to making an order for our current lead time.
Installation time is usually approximately 2-3 hours.
For those based close to our factory in Tyne and Wear, we can recommend local fitters who will visit your premises to conduct a survey and confirm measurements, before they come back to fit your door(s) once they are ready. Or you can of course use your own fitter to supply us with your measurements and complete the installation.
Once we’ve received your measurements, we will confirm the design styles and options available to you so we can provide you with an accurate quote before order placement. This means you can place your order with total confidence.
As soon as your door(s) have been manufactured, we will contact you so that you can liaise with your fitter to organise a suitable date for collection of the door(s) and installation.
